Synopsis

Haunted for four years by the unsolved murder of production assistant Angella Benton, former LAPD detective Harry Bosch finds himself adrift in retirement, but unable to escape the specter of injustice. Angella's death was controversially linked to a massive movie set heist, and both cases were abandoned. Now, stripped of his badge and the authority it once commanded, Bosch is compelled to reopen the cold case, driven by an unyielding desire for truth and vengeance. Navigating the treacherous underbelly of Hollywood and the intricate web of powerful, ruthless figures, Bosch must rely solely on his wits and his formidable investigative instincts. Without the institutional backing he once had, he faces an opponent more formidable than any in his storied career, pushing him to the brink as he relentlessly pursues justice for Angella, no matter the personal cost. This is a Harry Bosch operating outside the system, a lone wolf in a world of shadows, determined to right a grievous wrong.
