How to Sell a Haunted House

When Louise’s parents tragically pass away, she’s forced to return to her childhood home in Charleston, a place she desperately tried to escape. What awaits her isn't just grief, but a house overflowing with the peculiar remnants of her parents' lives – particularly her mother's unsettling collection of puppets and dolls. Compounding her discomfort is the unwelcome reunion with her estranged brother, Mark, who never left their hometown and harbors deep-seated resentment towards her success. Their shared task: prepare the house for sale. However, they soon discover that the house itself, steeped in family history and perhaps something far more sinister, has its own malevolent will.
