The Sea of Trolls

Young Jack, an aspiring bard living in a quiet Saxon village, finds his world upended when he is apprenticed to the enigmatic and powerful Druid, Master Bard. His peaceful existence, shared with his spirited younger sister Lucy, is shattered by a brutal Viking raid. Captured by ferocious Berserkers, Jack and Lucy are dragged across the treacherous seas to the frozen, unforgiving lands ruled by the fearsome King Ivar the Boneless and his formidable, half-troll queen. To save Lucy and himself from the queen's dark magic, Jack is forced into an impossible quest: he must journey to the mythical realm of Jotunheim, the very home of the trolls, to retrieve a magical relic. Along his perilous path, Jack encounters a host of mythical creatures, treacherous landscapes, and unexpected allies, forcing him to confront his deepest fears and embrace his inner strength in a world steeped in Norse legend and ancient magic.
