Synopsis

On the run after a miraculous escape from public execution, the Republic's most-wanted criminal, Day, and the brilliant prodigy, June, find themselves seeking refuge with the enigmatic Patriot rebels in Las Vegas. Wounded and desperate for medical aid for Day's gunshot injury, and hoping to locate his captured brother, Eden, they strike a perilous deal. In exchange for the Patriots' help, Day and June must incite a popular rebellion and assassinate the newly appointed Elector, Anden, whom the rebels portray as a ruthless tyrant. However, June's keen instincts begin to detect unsettling truths. Anden doesn't seem to embody the same cruelty as his predecessor, and she grows increasingly suspicious of the Patriots' true motives, particularly their charismatic leader, Razor. As June grapples with these growing doubts, Day remains steadfast in his anger, determined to avenge his family and bring down the Republic. Their fragile alliance is tested to its limits as they navigate a treacherous landscape of political intrigue, hidden agendas, and conflicting loyalties, forcing them to question everything they thought they knew about their world and each other.
