Synopsis

Fourteen years after a brutal double murder, for which a perpetrator was swiftly convicted, the unsettling memory of the 'Dog Kennel Murders' still casts a long shadow. Oliver Anchor-Ferrers, seeking a peaceful family holiday, returns with his loved ones to a secluded house at the edge of a forest – the very site of the infamous crime. Their refuge quickly turns into a terrifying nightmare when a chilling phone call confirms their worst fears: his family is being threatened, and the unsettling silence that follows is deafening. A shocking discovery suggests the original killer might be back on the loose. Oliver soon realizes that the possibility of the past perpetrator's freedom is merely the prelude to a far greater terror.
