Arm of the Sphinx

Synopsis

Haunted by the ghost of his lost wife, Marya, Thomas Senlin continues his desperate odyssey through the treacherous world of the Tower of Babel. Having escaped the gilded cages of the upper rings, Senlin now finds himself thrust into a life of reluctant piracy alongside his motley crew aboard their stolen airship. Their mission to re-enter the formidable Tower and locate Marya is fraught with peril, forcing them to navigate dangerous new territories and make impossible alliances. During their search for a hidden port, they encounter the enigmatic Luc Marat, whose seemingly benevolent asylum for the downtrodden conceals a darker, more complex reality. As Senlin grapples with the escalating threats, he is compelled to seek out the mysterious and formidable Sphinx, a being with whom Marya shares a terrible, hidden connection. The Sphinx's aid, however, comes at an exorbitant price, forcing Senlin to confront agonizing choices that could cost him his friends, his freedom, or the very wife he so desperately seeks.
