Shadows Linger

In the grim world of "Shadows Linger," the second installment of Glen Cook's seminal 'Black Company' series, the titular mercenary band finds themselves embroiled in a war of increasingly blurred lines. Under contract to the malevolent sorceress known only as The Lady, they are tasked with suppressing a burgeoning rebellion led by those who claim allegiance to the White Rose, a legendary figure reborn to vanquish evil.
