Synopsis

Washed ashore on the tranquil coasts near Redwall Abbey, a battered and amnesiac mousemaid named Mariel stirs a ripple of concern and curiosity among its peace-loving inhabitants. With only a strange, ancient bell as a clue to her past, she slowly begins to piece together fragments of a horrifying ordeal: her enslavement by the ruthless searat warlord, Gabool the Wild, who cast her into the merciless waves. As Mariel’s memory returns, so too does her burning desire for justice against the piratical hordes who stole her identity and her family. Guided by the wisdom of the Redwall elders and the spirit of Martin the Warrior, Mariel, alongside the brave badger Lord Rawnblade Widestripe and a band of loyal companions, embarks on a perilous quest. Their journey will take them across wild landscapes and into treacherous waters, culminating in a dramatic confrontation with Gabool and his cutthroat crew, as Redwall Abbey once again stands as a beacon against encroaching evil. This tale is a testament to courage, resilience, and the enduring power of friendship in the face of tyranny.
