Synopsis

In the vibrant heart of Redwall Abbey, the peace enjoyed by its gentle inhabitants is shattered when the menacing fox, Slagar the Cruel, returns from the shadows, driven by a thirst for vengeance. His twisted plan targets the innocent: to abduct the children of Redwall, with Mattimeo, the adventurous son of the legendary warrior Matthias, as his prime prize. As Slagar and his brutal band of slavers execute their audacious raid, the young ones are swept away on a perilous journey across wildlands, destined for a cruel fate in the desolate desert slave markets. Back at the Abbey, a grief-stricken Matthias, accompanied by his loyal wife Cornflower, Basil Stag Hare, and other brave companions, embarks on a relentless and harrowing quest to rescue the captives. Their epic pursuit pits them against treacherous landscapes, cunning foes, and the relentless march of time, culminating in a dramatic confrontation that will test the limits of their courage and devotion to family and freedom.
