Synopsis

As the Discworld hurtles towards certain doom, poised for a catastrophic collision with a malevolent red star, the very fabric of its magic begins to unravel. The only hope for salvation rests with the most unlikely of heroes: Rincewind, a famously inept and cowardly wizard still reeling from his traumatic plunge off the edge of the world. He's reluctantly saddled with Twoflower, the Discworld's first tourist, whose insatiable curiosity and naive optimism are matched only by his sentient, multi-legged luggage. With the impending apocalypse threatening to consume all, Rincewind must navigate a world on the brink, confront ancient, cosmic entities, and somehow protect Twoflower, who holds the key to the fate of their flat planet. This humorous, action-packed continuation of the Discworld saga plunges its bizarre cast into a desperate race against time, proving that sometimes, even the most incompetent can stumble into heroism.
