Synopsis

Eighteen months after the life-altering events of 'Me Before You,' Lou Clark finds herself adrift and struggling to honor the promise she made. Now working in an airport bar, she grapples with the lingering grief and a profound sense of aimlessness that prevents her new flat from feeling like home. Plagued by guilt over her past actions and disconnected from her family, Lou knows a fundamental shift is desperately needed in her life. This change arrives unexpectedly one night in the form of a stranger on her doorstep, presenting Lou with a choice: retreat into the safety of her familiar, albeit unfulfilling, routine, or open herself up to new possibilities, questions, and perhaps, the answers she's been searching for. To keep her promise to live boldly, Lou must summon the courage to invite the unknown into her life, risking everything for a chance at healing and a future she never imagined.
