Synopsis

Vanessa Mazur, after two years of serving as the indispensable personal assistant, housekeeper, and 'fairy godmother' to Aiden Graves, the stoic and intensely private star defensive end known as 'The Wall of Winnipeg,' decides enough is enough. Her ambition, deferred for too long, calls her away from washing his extra-large uniforms and catering to his every silent need. She's ready to launch her own graphic design career, leaving behind the man who barely acknowledged her existence, let alone her birthday. However, her plans are dramatically upended when Aiden, the man who communicated primarily through grunts and icy stares, suddenly appears at her door with an unthinkable proposition. He needs her back, not as an assistant, but as his wife, a marriage of convenience to secure his career. Forced into an unconventional cohabitation, Vanessa slowly begins to chip away at Aiden's formidable walls, discovering the vulnerable man beneath the 'Wall' facade and igniting a slow-burn romance that challenges everything she thought she knew about love and the elusive football star.
