Synopsis

In the sweltering, unforgiving streets of a fictional metropolis, a chilling wave of terror grips the 87th Precinct as three of its own detectives are brutally murdered in quick succession. This isn't just a random act of violence; it's a calculated assault on the very fabric of law enforcement, turning dedicated police officers into hunted prey. Detective Steve Carella, a man of quiet integrity and unwavering resolve, finds himself at the heart of a frantic investigation, racing against time to unmask a killer whose motives remain shrouded in mystery. As the body count rises and panic spreads through the ranks, Carella navigates the city's dark underbelly, where shadows conceal desperate secrets and every lead brings him closer to a truth more dangerous than he could imagine. With the killer seemingly one step ahead, Carella realizes that he, too, has become a target in this deadly game, leading to a tense, personal confrontation that will forever define the thin line between justice and vengeance.
