Synopsis

Four estranged university friends, now middle-aged, reunite for a hiking expedition into the desolate Scandinavian wilderness of the Arctic Circle. What begins as an attempt to rekindle old bonds quickly devolves into a tense, frustrating ordeal as their long-dormant resentments surface. Seeking a shortcut through the ancient, untouched forest, they stray from their path, becoming hopelessly lost and vulnerable. As hunger and fear set in, they stumble upon an isolated, decrepit house, where they discover chilling evidence of ancient pagan rituals, macabre sacrifices, and unidentifiable bones. They soon realize they have trespassed into a domain where a malevolent, bestial presence still lurks, and they are no longer just lost, but hunted. As the primeval woods close in, their struggle for survival becomes a desperate fight against an unseen horror that promises a death far more terrifying than they could ever imagine, testing the very limits of their sanity and their fading friendship.
