Dragon Keeper

In a world where dragons are believed to be mythical creatures, a new generation of deformed, flightless dragons emerges from ancient cocoons, much to the dismay of a society ill-equipped to handle them. These struggling serpents, remnants of a once-glorious past, are relegated to the polluted, acidic waters of the Rain Wild River. The humans tasked with their care are a disparate group of misfits and outcasts, themselves struggling to find purpose and acceptance. As both dragons and their keepers face extinction, the legendary dragon Tintaglia takes an interest in their fate, urging them on an impossible quest: to find the mythical Elderling city of Kelsingra, a place rumored to hold the key to the dragons' true form and power. This perilous journey up the dangerous Rain Wild River will test their limits, forge unexpected bonds, and challenge their understanding of themselves and their world, revealing ancient secrets and the true meaning of transformation.
