Synopsis

In "The Raven King," the precarious world of the Palmetto State University Foxes teeters on the brink of collapse. The team, a volatile collection of damaged individuals, is slowly but surely finding an unlikely cohesion, with Neil Josten at the heart of their fragile unity. Neil's efforts to mend the fractured Foxes are constantly challenged by Andrew Minyard, the team's enigmatic and fiercely guarded goalkeeper, whose personal demons make trust an alien concept. Yet, it is precisely Andrew's impenetrable walls that Neil is determined to breach, recognizing the profound connection that binds them. Their burgeoning, complicated relationship is tested to its limits as the shadow of Riko Moriyama, Neil's former tormentor, looms large, threatening to dismantle everything Neil has painstakingly built. Riko's relentless pursuit seeks to destroy Neil's new life and, in doing so, collateral damage the entire Foxes team. Neil must learn to fight not just for his own survival, but for the family he has found, even if it means believing in Andrew more than Andrew believes in himself, as time runs out for them all.
