Synopsis

Paul Gallo's life is upended when a news report reveals a mass murderer in Dread's Hand, Alaska—the same desolate region where his twin brother, Danny, vanished a year ago. The killer is unearthing victims' graves in this bleak, frozen landscape, drawing Paul to what he hopes will be a source of closure. However, Dread's Hand is less a town and more a grim echo, populated by superstitious locals who speak of a malevolent entity, 'the devil stealing souls,' and maintain an eerie perimeter of wooden crosses to keep a terrifying presence confined to the woods. As Paul desperately seeks answers regarding Danny's disappearance, he finds no easy resolution. Instead, the mystery deepens, drawing him further into the community's dark folklore and a palpable sense of dread. The more he uncovers, the more entangled he becomes, ultimately realizing he's not just investigating a puzzle, but inadvertently becoming a part of its chilling, inexplicable design.
