Synopsis

In the year 2204, the enigmatic, life-sustaining planet Maleiva III was abruptly abandoned due to an unforeseen catastrophe. Now, nineteen years later, the planet—dubbed "Deepsix"—is hurtling irrevocably towards a cataclysmic end, with just three weeks remaining until its obliteration. Humanity's last chance to unravel its mysteries falls upon the shoulders of superluminal pilot Priscilla 'Hutch' Hutchins. As the only remotely qualified professional within light-years, Hutch must lead a small, desperate scientific team to Deepsix's surface to salvage whatever knowledge they can about its unique life forms and ancient, lost civilizations before time runs out. However, their mission quickly devolves into a desperate fight for survival when disaster strikes, leaving them stranded on a world rapidly succumbing to geological and environmental chaos. Amidst baffling puzzles and impossible phenomena, Hutch and her crew must confront the planet's hostile, increasingly unstable environment, racing against a ticking clock not just to gather data, but to escape the doomed enigma of Deepsix before it takes them with it. This gripping narrative blends profound scientific inquiry with high-stakes adventure and a chilling sense of impending doom.
