The Book of Three

Embark on an enchanting journey with Taran, a young Assistant Pig-Keeper whose mundane life takes a dramatic turn when his charge, the prophetic pig Hen Wen, mysteriously vanishes. Driven by an unexpected sense of duty and a yearning for adventure beyond Caer Dallben, Taran sets off into the perilous lands of Prydain to rescue her from the clutches of the malevolent Horned King. Along his quest, he gathers an eclectic band of companions: the cantankerous dwarf Doli, the impulsive and riddle-prone bard Fflewddur Fflam, the enigmatic wildman Gurgi, and the spirited Princess Eilonwy, whose sharp wit and magical bauble prove invaluable. Together, they confront a myriad of dangers, from the terrifying deathless Cauldron-Born warriors to menacing beasts and dark enchantresses.
