Synopsis

Haunted by the horrors of Amarantha's reign and burdened by her new Fae powers, Feyre returns to the Spring Court, but finds herself trapped in a gilded cage. The emotional scars from her past deeds and her volatile relationship with Tamlin leave her soul fractured. Unbeknownst to her court, Feyre is bound by a bargain with Rhysand, the enigmatic High Lord of the Night Court, compelling her to spend one week each month in his dark, alluring domain. As she navigates Rhysand's intricate web of politics, power, and tantalizing secrets, Feyre slowly begins to shed the remnants of her human heart and embrace her true strength. But a greater, ancient evil threatens to engulf both the human and Fae realms, and Feyre's burgeoning abilities and evolving allegiances may be the only hope for a world on the brink of war.
