Synopsis

William Waters grew up in a household shadowed by profound grief, leaving him feeling unloved and isolated. His life irrevocably changes when he meets the vibrant and ambitious Julia Padavano during his freshman year of college. Julia introduces him to her boisterous, loving family, including her three inseparable sisters: the dreamy Sylvie, the artistic Cecelia, and the nurturing Emeline. With the Padavanos, William finally experiences a sense of belonging and contentment, finding solace in their chaotic, affectionate home. However, the fragile peace is shattered when long-buried trauma from William's past resurfaces, threatening to unravel Julia's carefully constructed future and, more devastatingly, the unbreakable bond between the sisters. This revelation triggers a catastrophic rift that sends ripples through generations, forcing the family to confront the true meaning of loyalty, forgiveness, and unconditional love, echoing the timeless themes of Louisa May Alcott's "Little Women."
