Synopsis

Step into the grimy, dangerous New York City of 1978 through the eyes of Joey Peacock, an adolescent vampire who has perfected the art of immortality for the past forty years. By night, Joey prowls punk clubs and discotheques, expertly feeding on unsuspecting victims before retreating to the macabre labyrinth beneath the city streets with his kind. His routine is seamless: subway rides to Central Park or private apartments, leaving a trail of hypnotized, drained humans. It's an easy, comfortable existence—until one fateful night. On his beloved subway, Joey witnesses a terrifying sight: children with unnervingly merry eyes, hunting. They are vampires, yet distinctly different, far more sinister and ancient than Joey or his companions. Their sudden appearance shatters the fragile peace of the undead community, signaling a terrifying shift in the hierarchy of the city's hidden horrors. As the new, monstrous presence threatens to unravel everything Joey knows, the tunnels of Manhattan, and indeed the entire city, become a perilous battleground where no one, living or undead, is truly safe.
