Synopsis

In the chilling depths of the Balkan mountains, an ancient, malevolent force stirs. Thibor Ferenczy, a master vampire imprisoned beneath hallowed ground, plots his escape and revenge. His human pawn is Boris Dragosani, a ruthless operative within a super-secret Soviet agency. Dragosani, a man devoid of moral compass, becomes Ferenczy's avid student, learning the dark arts of necromancy to rip secrets from the minds and bodies of the deceased. His ambition isn't merely to free the vampire, but to harness this horrifying power for global domination, creating an empire built on stolen knowledge from the dead. Standing against this terrifying duo is Harry Keogh, the Necroscope, a man with the unique and terrifying ability to communicate with the deceased. Harry is the champion of both the living and the dead, a beacon of defiance against the encroaching darkness. To protect him and the world, the dead themselves will rise, driven by a loyalty that transcends the grave, ready to fight a battle where the lines between life and death are terrifyingly blurred.

Critical Reception
