Synopsis

In the chaotic third installment of Douglas Adams's seminal 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' series, 'Life, the Universe and Everything,' the hapless Arthur Dent finds himself in a most peculiar predicament. After surviving the destruction of Earth and countless galactic misadventures, he is unexpectedly marooned on prehistoric Earth. Just as he grapples with this new reality, a temporal eddy transports him, Ford Prefect, and a flying sofa to Lord's cricket ground, mere days before Earth is once again slated for demolition by the Vogons. Forced to escape yet another apocalypse, Arthur, alongside Ford and the eccentric Slartibartfast, is reluctantly pulled into a mission of galactic proportions. Their objective: to prevent a catastrophic cosmic war instigated by an army of fanatical robots. From philosophical ponderings about the meaning of life to absurd encounters and mind-bending physics, Arthur navigates the universe in his dressing gown, proving that even the most ordinary man can find himself at the center of extraordinary events.

Critical Reception
