Synopsis

Haunted by the tragic loss of his soulmate, Stormy Llewellyn, the unassuming fry cook with the extraordinary gift, Odd Thomas, retreats to a remote monastery nestled in the California desert. He seeks refuge and a path to healing, hoping to find peace within its ancient walls. However, Odd’s unique ability to see the dead and sense impending danger proves impossible to escape. His solitude is shattered when a young, sleeping child whispers a phrase intimately linked to Stormy: “Loop me in, odd one.” This eerie encounter propels Odd into a new, chilling mystery. The monastery, far from being a haven, is a battleground where he must confront malevolent entities of an infinitely darker nature, entities that prey on the innocent. As he grapples with his grief and the looming spiritual warfare, Odd finds himself pitted against an adversary as old and inexorable as time itself, forcing him to embrace his destiny once more.

Critical Reception
