Synopsis

Carter and Sadie Kane's lives are turned upside down when their Egyptologist father, Julius Kane, attempts to 'fix' something at the British Museum, accidentally unleashing the Egyptian god Set. The incident shatters the ancient Rosetta Stone, imprisons Dr. Kane in a golden coffin, and forces the siblings to confront a world of ancient magic and dangerous gods they never knew existed. Separated for years, Carter and Sadie are thrust together on a desperate quest to save their father and prevent Set from plunging the world into chaos. Their journey takes them from Cairo to Paris and across the American Southwest, revealing their own powerful connection to the House of Life, a hidden order of Egyptian magicians. As they navigate a world where pharaohs are not just history and gods walk among mortals, the Kane siblings must master their newfound magical abilities and embrace their heritage to stand against the forces threatening to unravel reality itself.
