Flight of the Nighthawks

Synopsis

Two years after the events of "Exile's Return," the legendary sorcerer Pug is plagued by a nightmarish vision foretelling Midkemia's destruction. This dire prophecy compels him to convene the secretive Conclave of Shadows, an assembly of powerful figures dedicated to protecting their world. Meanwhile, on the opposite side of Midkemia, two young brothers, Tad and Zane, embark on their coming-of-age journey. Their path takes an unexpected and violent turn when they are attacked by bandits, leading to their accidental transportation to Sorcerer's Isle—the hidden sanctuary of the Conclave. Though untrained and unprepared, the brothers are thrust into the heart of a brewing conflict, destined to join the enigmatic Conclave in confronting a new and terrifying evil: the Nighthawks, an ancient order of assassins whose shadowed history strikes fear across the lands. Pug himself must prepare to face his oldest adversary, the malevolent wizard formerly known as Sidi, now reborn as Leso Varen, in a confrontation that will determine not only his honor and life but the very future of Midkemia.
