Writing Style

Avni Doshi's writing style is characterized by its sharp, unsparing prose and profound psychological intensity. She employs a first-person, often unreliable, narrative voice to delve deeply into the complexities of her characters' inner lives and fractured memories. Her sentences are precise and often piercing, conveying raw emotion and uncomfortable truths without sentimentality. Doshi's narratives are intricately structured, exploring themes through a non-linear approach that mirrors the elusive nature of memory.
